Pick n Pay delivery ****

I am not happy with pick n pay ASAP, I ordered on the 25.03.2025 the order was to be delivered the next day I tried calling ASAP support and cannot get to an Agent ,My main issue is that the order status on the app is on delivered and I did not get anything,I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
