Pick n Pay delivery

I decided in light of the Corona virus and at a risky age of 73 to order on line. When the driver arrived he had to empty all the crates before he could get to my order at the back of the truck. It took for ages. He asked me to use his Ipad to sign my name. I refused to touch anything. He also asked me for a glass of water. I said No. This is unacceptable as Corona can be transmitted. He never had disinfectant wipes or hany hand sanitiser with him. Surely he should be provided with that. How clean are the plastic crates? Maybe rather go to the shop yourself a better option
