Pick n Pay deliver rotten food and ignore complaints
Pick n Pay delivered an order with rotten goods and sour milk. I sent through two emails to customer care complaining and demanding a refund and they simply ignore me. At least with Checkers and Woolworths, they have the decency to not only reply, but apologise and refund you. I guess pnp think they are above all this nonsense. Keep your rotten food and sour milk. I’m finished with you!

02 Mar 2023, 10:51It has been days after rotten oozing gunk was delivered by ASAP. Exactly 4 cheap items and they are still demanding ridiculous information that no customer can have thereby making it impossible to adhere and receive a refund!! Disgusting. They clearly need the money. Now some agent is demanding the rotting things back… I threw them in the ******* as any normal person would… days ago… the trash was picked up yesterday… must I go to the dump and crawl around to find their rotten food? Pictures provided… still.. they’re basically telling me to go to hell. Woollies and Checkers fixes these things without incident so I encourage people to support retailers that treat their customers with respect. Must say… I have never seen such disgusting food delivered by anyone.
