Pick n’ pay deliver are useless
Pick n’ pay delivery is the most useless service and the drivers as well as service staff on the contact line are the biggest bunch of *********** pairs I’ve ever had the I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. My order was placed before 10:00 am and delivery was 12:00 then 17:00 and then 12:00 tomorrow. The driver **** about calling us and the service agent that received the complaint which shows the driver never left the store at 12:00 even worse after we made it clear the delivery was urgent. Now the shops are closed.

Some free advise would be to quit while you’re ahead because your competitors make your service look amateur at best.

28 Nov 2021, 20:41FYI to make my point about you guys are lying, your system shows my order was delivered at 16:25 this afternoon and I guarantee you that has not been the case. I still sat today with no food for my guests and had to rely on Mr Delivery to feed my family. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
