PICK N PAY Delayed.. Not ASAP

Why is your app Called ASAP when the orders get delayed??,%. I placed an order and got the slot between 18h00 and 18h30... Really guys??I only received my order now at 19h00. What's the Meaning of ASAP if it comes much later?.. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
