Pick n Pay - Defective Product Sold

Please be informed that this is now the 2nd time whereby I have purchased free range eggs from Pick N Pay Trade Route Mall Lenasia and to be disappointed that 5 out of 18 eggs were broken and some with hairline cracks. This is a concern as the product cannot be consumed due to health risks. The first encounter I had to discard the broken eggs which is surely not value for money spent. I need to know what action will be taken this time? I have attached photos for your perusal. Kindly arrange for replacement stock to be delivered to my residence and collect your defective product. It is not practical to drive back to the store for this exchange.
