Pick n pay debit your account yet dont deliver an order.

I ordered pick n pay online to deliver between 10 & 11 this morning. By 12H00 when it still hasn't arrived i phone the call centre to gollow up. The lady got hold of them and said they were having technical difficulties but they will still deliver. By 16H00 still no delivery so i followed up again and was told that the store was waiting for the warehouse to deliver. It is now after 17H00 and no delivery. Also the money has already been deducted off my account yesterday so this is now theft. This service is totally unacceptable.
