Pick n pay daylight *******.

On Friday 28th of April I placed an order with Pick n Pay Asap, there was nothing ASAP about it. My order came after 3 hours and there was an item missing even though the app showed all items were picked. I immediately sent an email through the app, someone rep**** a few hours later. I have her the details she required. That was the last I heard about my missing item. No refund, no communication, nothing. I sent another email asking for answers and I still haven't received any communication and today is already the 30th. 1 star rating is still generous.
