Pick 'n Pay Daveyton Mall

My name is Palesa Mfusa, I work at Daveyton Mall and I went to Pick 'n pay Daveyton Mall on the 04/11/2024 at 13:40 to buy lunch. I was assisted by Happy Mahlaba. when i get at the wors roll station the person working there was not available, I had to wait for 5min for her to come back. she didn't even bother to greet or apologies for keeping me waiting, told her I need a wors roll and she gave me the price tag to go and pay at the till, on my return my wors roll was already prepared and I left, when i get at work i found that she used a peri peri sauce on my food and I don't eat peri peri sauce cause I have stomach ulcers, had to return back the roll and again she was not at the work station (wors roll station), waited another 5 min for her to return, i explained why i'm returning the food, i was sent from pillar to post for a refund. i did not ask for a refund all i wanted was for her to prepare a roll without a sauce, i wasted almost 10min in the branch for a refund that I did not want, she was suppose to ask me whether i want a refund or not. someone else had to prepare another roll because she was lost in transit (no where to be found).and another thing I bought a beef stake plate (already prepared) a week ago and the steak was off, their stake is always off, they don't sell fresh stake. the only fresh thing they sell is a wors roll, compare their food with other Pick 'n pay you will see the difference.
