Pick n pay Daveyton did not deliver my order but but the app says delivered

I made an order through Asap Pick and Pay Daveyton today at 10am, i waited until i log a complaint,at 3:37pm i received an email stating that my order it on the way,while checking the app at 3:45pm it shows that my order is delivered,no delivery person came to my house, i waited the whole day for pick n pay delivery and they did not come ,Pick n pay is starting to **** us,i want my money back to my account not even on the ewallet cause am never going to buy there
