Pick n Pay Customer Support is Pathetic

We ordered groceries from Pick n Pay and when they delivered it on 26 July they did not include some items of which they charged us for. After multiple attempts contacting them through their call centre and multiple of promises to call back we are still waiting for them to return our calls to inform us if they will either refund us or deliver the groceries.
