Pick n Pay Customer Service not following through

Complaint *** was sent to PicknPay customer care on 21 April. Subject was a pair of joggers, worn about 5 times, that developed a series of ouncture holes along the back seam. Photos of the faulty garment were attached. To date no response has been received. Really poor service Pick n Pay!
