Pick n Pay - Customer service non existent

I need to organise employee gift cards for 750 staff and getting quotes or responses from Pick n Pay is a nightmare. Dorah Rametsi does not reply to my email or return my calls. Ernest has no sense or urgency. Everytime I phone I have to listen to music until my ears bleed and then still no luck. If it was up to me I would go anywhere else but Pick n Pay to get vouchers.

To further elaborate let me start at the beginning:

I phoned Pick n Pay primrose indicating I need a quote for gift cards. The gentleman phoned me back saying he has got it will I send a driver to collect. I thought, ok his scanner is not working, I said please take a pic of the quote and whatsapp it to me. Low and behold I get a pic of a gift card. After speaking to him again he explained that he did not understand and then said he can not help with a quote. I then posted on facebook seeking help, got a email address for someone at Head Office. Got a quote and after requesting a call back for amendments this person started "ghosting" me. I then got hold of someone else also explaining to her that I need a quote for about 800 vouchers at R500 ea. She phones me back saying ok she got the quote can she give me the bank account number (over the phone) so we can make payment. I mentioned to her that I need a quote. She then also says oh she did not understand and will get back to me. Im still waiting. Spoke to Dorah's boss pleading, begging for her to phone me. She refuses and sends another email. I reply on the email indicating that I am unable to get hold of her and raise my queries (expecting that shje will also not understand as that seems to be the trend and hoping to explain telephonically as it is easier than email). In short long wait continues.
