Pick n pay customer service is abysmal.

Bought 2 large boxes of pick n pay brand milk and they were spoiled. Contacted them and after a lot of waiting and back and forth they provided me with R14 smart shopper points. This customer service is impersonal and bot like, this tells me that they receive so many complaints that they need to automate the process. I won't be purchasing a pick n pay branded items in the future.
