Shocking that noone is able to explain why I can’t link my card to my account all the consultants have been escalating to the IT department but till now I still haven’t received any resolution and no turnaround time and this is the second day poor customer service from Puck n Pays internal support Only Hakeema has tried to make sense out of this issue she even re escalated the query Andile logged for my profile.
