Pick n Pay cupcake components are missing

We purchased your cupcake mix (PnP brand) and found it only had flour, and no icing as advertised. Despite sending an email, I have had no resolution. Upon calling your call centre, the rude agent hung up on me. Can you kindly advise what I should do as I could not complete the kit for a school function, which grossly impacted my daughters contribution at school which embarrassed both of us. DO BETTER !
