Pick n pay credit card
Good day
I am. Totally disgusted with your credit facility.. I called the call center.. Because I'm smart shopper card declined due to too many incorrect pin attempts... Today I tried again to purchase groceries for my elderly mum... And even tho I called and had my pin reset again.. Declined.. The store can see I have 1500credit available and will not allow me. To have my groceries.. I have used my card many times previously and too experience this kind of treatment especially when things are on lock down is utterly terrible service... And no one can help.. I have to leave a trolly of groceries and go away.. Very very embarrassing

10 Apr 2020, 22:41I did call and they are always experiencing technical difficulties.. I mean really all the staff at ur store can say its that it's rcs issue not theirs.. Yet they can see I have credit available.. Who is going to compensate all my air time and fuel running up and down... How can too many pin attempts.. Be on my card yet I had called the call center and had the pin reset with the cssd code????
