Pick n Pay Cradlestone Mall- Bad staff Manners- Not Customer Focused

Good Afternoon

It is a pity to still add a star to Pick n Pay.

I visit the Pick n Pay in Cradlestone Mall quite often when they advertise specials. However, you have to have a Pick n Pay Smart card to purchase and get discounts on their specials. Due to not having a Smart card I attempted on many occasions to apply for a Pick n pay Smart Card without any success.

The staff is not very helpful in this store.

Most of them would look at you as if they request you to beg for help.

This is another Example as to why most Companies within South Africa Fail and have to close down due to unproductive nasty staff members.

This is Bad attitude non Customer Focused Staff.

When I purchase Portuguese Rolls at their Bakery the Employee present would inform me whether there is a sign that it is Portuguese Rolls would help me right and confirm it is Not Portuguese Rolls but Crispy Rolls. Ouch.

If you do not help me then I do not purchase anything from your Store. Point.
