Pick n pay Cradlestone

I am very disappointed with pick n pay Cradlestone mall. I went there in the morning to play LOTTO.Iwas told he/ she is late to assist. Shop was already open,I believe that was trading hours.

The guy was very Rude telling me that no one has a password.It means if Mr password dies or never come to work,we must suffer as customers?

And it seems like it is a habit.Always when we need assistance with lotto machine no one to assist.Thats the reason why I'm addressing this matter. People must start respecting their jobs and customers😡😡😡
