PICK N PAY COSMO CITY SHOPPING CENTER 😡😡😡

It is so disappointing to shop in this pick n pay in Cosmo City shopping mall.

So disorganized and the service is ridiculous..Some of the staff members I don't think they received training or knows what is the meaning of Customer service.

They are ruining the reputation of Pick n pay.

I went to shop there and I changed the lane to use the shorter queue.

The queues are always long and we wait for ages to pay..

Majority of the staff at the till don't even wear mask properly and the social distance not followed properly.

Because they operate with 3 tills whereas there is a long queue and people are waiting to pay.

Monthend gets busy why not open all till and avoid over crowding the shop.

I come here in this shop all the time....can someone get a better management team here ..

This is the reason why most shops slowly die because they are not well managed .

If the was a quarter on the rating stars ..I would rate this store half star.

I was so heartbroken because of how the lady at the till treated me...I wish I could remember the ladies names..Customer service is essential and the service in other places are much better but not Cosmo city 😒

The other one on the other side even apologized on behalf of the shop.i told her I was not happy...

Very unhappy and I hope for change in this place cause I buy my grocery here and stay here.

So dissappointed 😞 and unhappy 😡
