Pick n Pay Cornubia worst service

I am so disappointed in Pick n Pay Cornubia, I have always received such bad service from them. I shopped at Pick n Pay Hyper by the Sea and received a R100 voucher to use the following week. I was told that I could use this voucher at any Pick n Pay in South Africa and it states the same on the voucher.

I tried to use this voucher at Pick n Pay Cornubia, but was told I cannot redeem this voucher with them. But the voucher clearly says I can use at any Pick and Pay store in South Africa. The voucher ended up expiring as it was the last day I could use it.

I am utterly disappointed at the service from this branch and I will never again be going there. They employees are never friendly and are always so slow in doing their jobs.
