Pick n pay cornubia : appalling service!!

On Sunday at around 2pm I visited pick n pay in cornubia and the service received by the cashier was absolutely appalling. She called us to the till number 9 and didn't even bother greeting because she was surrounded by 3 other cashiers having a good ol' chat. I was with my mum and she was getting irritated as we were so exhausted and they noticed our discomfort and just carried on with their conversation and not paying attention to what the cashier was doing. I have been a loyal pick n pay customer for years and not once have I received such pathetic service.
