Pick n Pay concerned more about profits than lives

I have a week ago at 14:30 in the afternoon went for some urgent grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Garden Route Mall. It was very busy, they only had three cashiers opened and the queues were long with very few people applying social distancing. I understand that it is everyone's responsibility to ensure that we all apply the rules, however, this Pick n Pay store seemed more concerned about festive season shopping than caring about the well being of the customers. Definitely a case of profits before lives. I complaint to Pick n Pay customer service, no response. Yet again indicative of what to expect from Pick n Pay. Would they rather not respond and ensure their profits are maximised than to care about controlling and assisting in fighting this pandemic? Is this what we can expect?

Pick n Pay Garden route Mall has responded, they will improve their approach to the pandemic and more specifically the number of people allowed in their store.
