pick n pay - complaint resolved well
i had a complaint - regarding pick n pay EAST RAND MALL, regarding my experience when collecting my grans pension with my granny. i just want to say that i am happy that one of the managers namely Ricky contacted me immediately and spoke to me. Ricky was very interested in hearing my side and his willingness to sorting the problem out.
