Pick n Pay Coffee club is a FAIL

I registered for the Pick n Pay coffee club to benefit from the discounts on their site... that was last week. A friend of mine did the same after I told him about it. I still don't have the benefit as there has been no communication or any indication that I've been added and the items are still showing full price on my profile, even after removing and re-adding it. Courtesy of PnP, I also look stupid for telling a friend to do the same.. so thanks, literally for nothing. 2 steps forward online and then 4 steps back. Only offer things online that work, otherwise you do your brand more harm.
