Pick n Pay cnr On Mutual - worst experience

The customer service at PICK N PAY Cnr On Mutual Pretoria Central is horrible. The cashiers are disrespectful and they don't know how to speak to customers. There is a lady by the name of ZAMA that said it's not her duty to remind customers that she doesn't take cash and that she's not a cashier. Why is she at the till point if she's not a cashier??
