Clothing store Lambton Centre. Went to store 17/12/2019 looking for a style shoe. Thandeka the trainee or assistant manager promised to get info and call me back as their system never work and the have to phone to THE REEF. on 19/12/2019 15h35 I went back and asked why no feedback and she said sorry forget but will come back to me. Today 23/12/2019 still no feedback.Most pathetic service, They must learn customer service from Retail Park Boksburg or New Redruth alberton. Train them, get the system going or your store will close down soon.hi
