Pick 'n Pay Clothing wrong

I was discussed at the way I was treated at Pick 'n Pay Clothing in Somerset Mall, as I walked in to buy clothes for my children and between the isle's there was a table with a board displaying that the special is R70 for two long sleeve shirts for girls which I was interested in and I took 2. When arriving at the till I saw they were ringing it up for R60 each which I questioned and suddenly got an answer back saying that I must look for those that has the round sticker on.

To me this is unacceptable as you do not advertise a special and pack other heaps of clothing that looks the same on that stand and expect people to sniff that the items must have a round sticker on. All the items on that shelf or stand should be at the special. This is ill advertising and the answers given to customers also not the right one, how do I tell my daughter that chose the shirts and like them, tell her that we must take something else rather.

I want this to be rectified and know what are you going to do about this.
