Pick n Pay Clothing useless refund
Pick n Pay Clothing Placed an order on 17 May 2023 Cancelled the order on 17 May 2023 Call center called my - spoke to Adrian Louw. confirmed refund - 7 days 14 days later I follow up on the lack of service or response to emails - No assistance. call center promises every time I call that refund will be processed the same day. Nothing. Useless empty Promises They took my money and no effort is made to refund me.

This was not done because customer care said it will take another 10days for the refund to be transferred
Stop hiding behind your excuses and incompetence and pay back my money.
do yourself a favour and look at all the negative review for the past week.
