Pick n Pay Clothing Store Manager points finger in my face! The woman is a straat mate!

Today I stopped by at the Pick & Pay Clothing Store at Sandridge in Midrand to look for small tops for my twin girls. I approached a lady by the name of Busi to ask her for some assistance. Whilst I am speaking to her, her manager, Mildred Mogale called and Busi left me there and rushed off to Mildred! No excusing herself - nothing! Just ran off and left me hanging there. I think for a moment I just stood there in utter shock. When she came back to the floor, I asked her what her name was and approached the Manager, Mildred, to tell her about my experience with Busi...Mildred was worse! She told me she did not know Busi was busy assisting me, raised her voice and was pointing her fingers in my face! I was so disgusted by the attitude of both women and told Mildred I am going to notify head office of her conduct and she said I must go on right ahead. A lady also working at the till at the same store apologized to me on Mildred's behalf but by then I was sickened enough. I took a picture of Mildred and left the clothes I was going to buy. In my entire experience, I have never had any Store manager threatening me by pointing fingers in my face. I am not certain what people Pick & Pay are hiring and whether they are offering their staff customer service training. The attitude from manager to staff on the floor at that store stinks. I am a regular customer at the food store but if I hear no resolution about the straat mate manager I will never buy from Pick & Pay ever again - I will move to Woolies. I don't expect to go to a store to spend my money and get treated like an animal. I am disgusted by Mildred Mogale's attitude and lack of regard for even her seniors at Head office. She advised me to go to Head Office to report her and so I have taken her advise and am willing to send the picture I took of her.
