Pick n Pay clothing Stone Hill Crossing terrible service.

Pick n Pay Clothing at Stone Hill Crossing in Greenstone. 11 July 2020. I wanted to buy three pairs of boots. Two pairs for adults and one for child. I was told that all boots had 30% off. when at the till the childs boots did not have a tag. I was told that they could not find the price of these boots and somebody ( had long blue nails) who I assume was the supervisor was called to come void a pair of jeggings off the system. She told the cashier that there was no sale on the childs boots and who told her ( Her being me the customer). He said it was not him. I spoke up and said it was two ladies who were packing jeggings onto the shelf. I had asked if the childs boots where also 30% off and they had said yes. The "superviser" began to rudley tell them how could they say the boots were on sale when they were not. at this point I just wanted to buy the shoes and leave. I asked the guy to ring up the childs boots I will pay full price just ring it up. He carried on looking at the boots actually reading the how to take care of the item tag and said I can't because it does not have a bar code. I was angry at this time and left the store. They had given me the managers number but it just went to voice mail. I phoned customer care who had me on the line for 19min and 32 sec before I hung up. I don't know who to speak to anymore. I still don't have boots for my child because we went to another Pick n Pay store and they only have summer stock. Terrible service and very disappointed. Clearly there is no training given . as for the "Supervisor" she needs to be retrained on how to speak to the staff and how to interact with customers.
