Pick n Pay Clothing *****ing customers money

My husband went to buy a jean from Pick 'n Pay Clothing, Pierre van Ryneveld. When he arrived the staff told him the back up power was going to cut out soon and that he should pay before looking for his size. As the payment went through power went out and they told him sorry he cannot take the jean as they cannot print any slips and that the payment may not reflect on the system. So he paid R249.99 for something which they refuse to give him. When I requested a refund they said if they do cash up and money is over then I MIGHT get a refund in 48 hours. I think this is a BULL**** story and just a way for them to rip customers off once again.
