Pick n Pay Clothing-shocking

A few months ago, I place an order online with Pick n Pay clothing. 29 April to be exact. They didn't have stock of one item and emailed me asking if I would like to cancel the entire order and get a full refund or just that item and be refunded for it. We are talking about R70...... i chose to continue with delivery of the balance of the order and would be refunded into the card I made the purchase from. To date, no refund, after numerous emails to them???? This is disgusting. Give me a voucher or something. I have made a few purchases after this with no issue, except the refund. What is I had requested to cancel the entire order and needed a refund for that?????
