Pick n pay clothing pay just now refund

I bought clothing using pay just now. I returned an item with the cost of R69.99 to pick n pay clothing heidelberg. I was supposed to have been refunded into my pay just now wallet but I have not been refunded since the 9th May 2026 to date. The in-store staff and management have on numerous occasions sent emails which they had attached the required references and had even gone as far as following up for me yet this has yielded no results from the finance or settlement department as today is the 21st yet no funds have been returned to my wallet.

I find it appalling that in store staff and management have done their part yet the next level of the chain os failing to do their part. Furthermore I find customer service option futile as when I called in to try and have this matter escalated the agent simply said she would not be able to help me. Thats it no resolution. I asked her then where should I go as tue store staff were at their wits end but still she offered basically no assistance claiming that they at customer service had no access to escalate queries!

To say I am appalled is an understatement. Can the people please do their job !!!!!!!
