Pick 'n Pay Clothing Online Useless Support

Hi, I recently ordered a tshirt off PnP Clothing's online store. The wrong tshirt was sent to me so I contacted support around it. They indicated that they do not do returns or exchanges and I have to go to a shop to sort it out. I am very annoyed since I did not mess up my order, they did. I went to the closest PnP Clothing and they did not have the tshirt, so now I have to hunt for it. This is absolutely terrible service, I the customer need to correct the mistake of the store.
