Pick n Pay Clothing Online - Terrible Service

I am incredibly unhappy with the service received from Pick n Pay Clothing Online as well as the Pick n Pay clothing branch in Sunridge, Port Elizabeth!

Firstly, I saw a pair of shoes I wanted to order but thought I would try and find them locally first. The lady I spoke to telephonically at the Sunridge branch said they have one last pair left and I advised her I would make a special trip there after work to purchase same. Upon arrival, they did not have the shoes I requested and instead presented me with another pair - this after giving them the correct code! Will I be refunded for my petrol and waste of time?

Secondly, I then purchased the light up shoes online and received same. The one pair appeared to only work intermittently but I thought that maybe I hadnt been pressing the button down inside the shoe correctly - well, it lasted for less than a week and the lights no longer worked. I emailed Adrian Louw in order to return same and get another pair. Photo's were requested of the shoes which I sent in last week Wednesday and was told they would get back to me the next day - they never did! It it now almost a week later after numerous follow ups with Adrian and I am STILL waiting!

I have been supporting pick n pay clothing for YEARS and buy all my children's clothing there and this is how I get treated?

Absolutely shocking service!
