Pick n Pay Clothing Online shocking service

I ordered clothing online from PicknPay Clothing and needed to return one item which wasn't suitable. The return was logged on 20 May, the item picked up a week later, and on 28 May I received the email saying that the item had been received and the refund would follow. Over a month later I am still waiting. The Customer Care consultant I am in touch with has been helpful but keeps telling me she's waiting for feedback from the relevant department.
