Pick n Pay Clothing Online - Never Again

I ordered some items on their clothing website and although my transaction was successful, I did not get a order confirmation or a tracking number. I had to use my own airtime to call and be transferred to 3 different people who then told me that the clothing department client service does not work on weekends. I have to do a follow up at my own expense tomorrow. Unbelievable. I'll never order something online from them again and I wouldn't advise anyone to do so either. This is the worst service I've received in my life. Not to mention that one of the ladies on the customer care line was so extremely rude. I can't believe people like that are out into customer care.
