Pick n pay clothing online is a ****mm

On the 02nd of October I ordered online from pick n pay clothing online website, payment went through but the surprising part is no tracking number was sent to me so that I track my order. I tried calling several times, always am being transferred to different departments without any assistance or way forward...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
