Pick n Pay clothing missing Kimino

I placed an order that I needed urgently,The order arrived later than expected date,which is still understandable however once the order was opened there was no invoice in box and 1 item was missing, Please see details below.I have called repeatedly and I have emailed repeatedly and still no joy.I have been liaising with the customer representative at Pick n Pay Clothing named Adrian Lowe and to date I don't have any response from Pick n Pay Clothing.The service is terrible and I doubt I will ever shop online pick n pay clothing again due to this bad experience.I want my item replacement asap.
