Pick n pay clothing mall of Africa pathetic service

Good Day,

So I am a loyal pick n pay shopper always have been and I have always received amazing service, however if it’s great customer service you seek look past the mall of Africa pick n pay clothing store.

All this changed yesterday 24/04/2019 when I went into pick n pay clothing at mall of Africa, I walked in and approached a staff member named Reinett and asked her about the legging promo that was running. Reinett looked at me clearly very irritated, mumbled the promo was finished and when I asked her where I can find the regular leggings she rolled her eyes and walked to the till area where she stood with her back to me I assume hoping for me to disappear.

I then asked to speak to the manager on the duty and was informed that there was no manager on duty a guy by the name Surprise was put in charge since the manager had left already, I explained to him how pathetic the service was and how rude Reinett was and all he did was say he will asked her why she did what she did.

For the branch at the mall of Africa to have staff that treat their customers with such disrespect and totally disgusting and that will be the last time I walk into that store.
