Pick 'n Pay Clothing Mahikeng refund policy

Pick not Pay Clothing Mahikeng refuse for me to exchange goods that I bought at the store. I have been coming here for 2 weeks now and my 30 days is about to end. They say I should go back to the Pick n pay where I bought the goods and exchange there. Isn't Pick n pay 1 shop? Worse part, their refund policy says that the foods are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
