Pick n pay clothing keywest rude management and staff

So i went to Keywest Pick and Pay clothing yesterday and asked them to please take the heater of as the shop is extremely hot and for a clothing store to have their heaters on at such a hot time of year is unheard of and unpleasent, they said i must speak to the manager and a man came over and said he is the manager. i explained to him that the store is extremely hot and if it is possible for them to please turn the heat down as i am here to do shopping for myself and my son who has just returned from the UK a very cold country and need to buy him a full new closet of clothes for the south african temperature. he said no - very ubrubtly and when i asked why no, he said this is how they like the heat (the employees) i then told him then i will go somewhere else where i am at least treated like a customer, he rep**** " i dont care go soewhere else then" i rep**** wow thats rude, he turned aroud and said "whatever" and walked away, i then proceded to the till to pay for the socks only as my son could not fit clothes in such a warm inviroment and when i asked the cashier what his name is she ignored me and laughed. i asked again and she said i must ask him myself. she then waved at him and he came over again and i asked him his name and they just laughed and ignored me and walked away again. this is unacceptable. i have a pick n pay account of over R20 000.00 with pick n pay and will not go to this brach again. as a matter of fact i think i must just cancel this card and not shop at pick n pay again.
