Pick n pay clothing is robbing me of my hard earned money .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope that someone take responsibility of this complaint ..... i have been buying Pick n pay clothing for about 4 years now for myself, child and hubby. I buy about 3 pairs of jean leggings a month, first of all i am disgusted and the quality and how it has gone down terribly ... the fade, split down the crotch area.... threads run out from the seams.... i litrally just sent 3 days ago and bought a black pair, with in 2 days it started splitting in the crotch area.... our sleeves stiching never lines up and skew cross the arm .... the t shirts are never stiched properly always skew.... i have proof and im whilling to show you..... i want my money back !!!! i am not leaving this .... i have spent over R 5000 in clothing with you in about a year ..... i will not be ****** no longer and if i dont get a reply back from this i will be taking it further.!!!!!!
