Pick n pay Clothing is a ****-

Good day. What a disappointment, this is a second order I placed online a Pick n pay clothing and I haven’t received it. Logged request on the customer care and still no one has reverted back. Please can I get my money refunded to me. Since the 11th of April 2022 still no delivery or anyone attending to my order. The customer care line needs one to log a call first of which I have done and no one answers or provides feedback.
