Pick N pay clothing galleria mall

Good evening all.

Today I had the worst experience at pick N pay clothing at galleria mall. So this is my story.

Last month on the 3rd of April I bought legging but the two in the box, so anyway when I eventually decided to use the leggings I notice the one had a hole on the knee so I folded it and put it in the box.. After some time I decided to take the other one out from the box it did seem fine so I wore it for the day anyways I washed after and then it got torn and the elastic started coming out by the thigh area it looked as if I wore it more then once so after it was washed I folded it and put it back in the box and kept my slip with it and today I decided to go in and show them. So when I walked in I spoke to a lady and explained to her then she decided to make it a topic to talk about in Zulu in front of me thinking I didn't understand. After 15 mins of waiting she decided to go To the ASSISTANT MANAGER. So the lady told me after 30 days there is nothing that can be done and while she's telling me that the assistant manager comes to me and tell me that they can't help me (in a rude voice) and insisting that I have worn the leggings more then once and refused to advise me to what I can do and second of all they can not help me because they do not stock it leggings anymore and they can not take back a product that they can not sell. The service was horrible and as a assistant manager her attitude was bad. It is the first time I have ever heard that they can not exchange a product because its no more in stock... On top of that you make your customer a ****.. I didn't ask for a refund I would of did an exchange and filled in the balance of whatever but I highly recommend never go to that store the staff attitude are bad.
