Pick n pay clothing cut my wife and baby

Hi. My name is Marcel Robin Labuschagne. I have a rather serious issue.i have taken pics of the defective clothing as well as the damages to my wife and baby. Unfortunately this looks like a serious defect in the baby clothing. How should I go about escalating this issue and to send the pictures.
