Pick n Pay clothing Centurion Mall, rude worst experience ever

Pick and Pay clothing centurion Mall- Worst customer service EVER!! My 3 children and I where in store, and kids being kids they were playing around with each other, a lady by the name of Itumeleng calls my son like a dog (my son is 8) hey, hey you, pssst. Stop playing you disturbing customers. So pick n Pay being a store that sells kids clothes, we not allowed to bring kids in? This happened while I was paying spending alot of money at this store, She reprimanded him in front of me, and worst of all was extremely rude. Will NEVER VISIST THIS STORE OR ANY PICK N PAY AGAIN.
