Pick n Pay Clothing Bracken Gardens with a stupid policy!

I have never come across such a ******* policy in my life & the reason is: The manager said so.

After receiving gifts from family members which were bought at Pick n Pay Clothing, we needed to change them for different sizes.

We then came to Pick n Pay Bracken Gardens in Brackenhurst we are told that if they don't have the sizes we are looking for, we can't exchange the clothing items for something else even if its the same price nor are we able to get a refund. We will need to go to the Pick n Pay Clothing where it was purchased.

So now we need to ask the people who bought the gifts which Pick n Pay Clothing it was bought at because 'the manager said so'.

I will also take this complaint to the highest level possible at Pick n Pay because this is a major inconvenience & frankly it's a stupid policy!
