PICK N PAY CLOTHING BOARDWALK RICHARDS BAY STAFF ARE TARNISHING YOUR BRAND

Went to the Pick N Pay clothing 8.03.2025 at 10:49. Selected items were 50% off and I was with our helper who wanted to spend no more than R100. I picked up 3 items for her and took it to the till and kindly asked the cashier to scan the items to verify the price. She was INCREDIBLY rude and sullen, was annoyed that I asked her to scan the items to verify the price and had the audacity to ask me " BUT ARE YOU BUYING?". In other words she was not happy to verify price unless I was buying. The entire point of the scanning was to check if we could indeed purchase the items.

Anyways this seems to be a habit....go in today 9 .03.25 at 9:222 to return an item my mum purchased. I walked into the store to be met with a SULLEN stare again by Sphe. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR FOOTAGE. I stared back until she asked me if she could help. I told her I needed to return /verify a price on an item on my slip to which she responded "Well she cannot help as the person authorizing is not there".

Imagine that? I responded to ask her to get that person into the store as I was there expecting to be serviced.She shrugged saying she cannot call her nor can tell me when she will be back. There was zero modicum of service, nor customer care. I told her her attitude was wrong she retorted : Your attitude is wrong as I am trying to help you.. She was NOT HELPING ME. She proceeded to ignore me as I kept asking her what steps she was taking to contact her supervisor, she ignored me. Please consult your footage. Eventually asked a young man to go look for the manager. His attitude and tone was all wrong as well. Sphe proceeded to tell him I was recording in her language and they kind of mocked me.

He told me supervisor went to "another store" I asked which store?

Which other store was she in???

Anyways this store is a disaster. With Sphe and the other young man handling your customers you are BOUND TO TARNISH your name. The only positive is your manager /supervisor had no attitude. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER
